After everyone arrived in Belo Horizonte on Sunday we had a group orientation with Daniel and Juliana from CDS and Bruno from IBM Brazil. This was the first time the #ibmcsc brazil team met up face to face and they did an amazing job of connecting us emotionally together.

On Monday we met up at one clients location and had an introduction session with them.

Overall the welcome was warm, perfectly organized and while the project we have is very challenging I am sure we will get it done!
